The location of the hotel by the river provides a tranquil and semi-remote atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the rooms offer cozy comfort, with comfortable beds, excellent sheets, and pillows. the bathroom comes with a great window view to a private garden patio with a fountain. the staff is accommodating, pleasant, and professional, ensuring that guests are well taken care of. the dining room provides a scenic place to enjoy delicious and nutritious meals.

The outdoor pool area and the dock are in need of renovation and improvement.

at 30 km distance from the airport. everything met expectation.

The service at this place is outstanding, and you can easily walk to a beautiful lake just a short distance away.

Located next to the river just west of the city, this resort offers a serene and picturesque setting for a solo traveler. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff are polite and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, catering to different dietary preferences. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the river and relax in the outdoor spaces provided.

Some guests have reported inconsistencies in the return of phone calls, which could be improved.

Great views of the river and fresh, healthy food. Plenty of activities to choose from and friendly staff. The cozy rooms were comfortable and had good lighting, plenty of outlets, and nice bedding. The location felt semi-remote despite encroaching subdivisions, and the grounds were well-maintained.

The property was a bit dated and the outdoor pool area needed work. Some rooms had obstructed views or inadequate drawer space.

We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and beautiful views from our balcony. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and activities. Our favorite aspect was the couples massage, the therapists were excellent.

The room was not as clean as we expected, with dust on the nightstand and hair in the bathroom. The staff was not very friendly, and we felt rushed during our meals.

Spectacular natural setting and superb array of activities. the morning hikes were great, with knowledgeable guides and beautiful views. the food was outstanding, fresh, and delicious. the swimming pool was very clean, and the staff were friendly.

The price is quite steep, and some of the therapists were not up to par. Some staff members were also less than professional, particularly at the front desk.
